Ingredients
- 1 pound silken tofu
- ½ cup unsweetened dairy-free milk
- 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 10 ounces defrosted frozen berries (strawberries, raspberries, or mixed berries)
- Pinch of sea salt
Directions
- Add the silken tofu, dairy-free milk, vanilla extract, sugar, berries, and sea salt to a blender. Blend on high until completely smooth. Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer to remove any berry seeds. Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Assemble the Whynter ICS-167 Series Soft Serve Ice Cream Maker with the nozzle placed inside the dispensing assembly. Pour the strained ice cream base into the ingredient funnel. Select the Ice Cream function and press Start.
- When the soft serve is ready to dispense, the unit will signal before entering Keep Cool mode.
- Dispense directly into cones or cups and serve immediately.
