Lucky Leprechaun Rolled Ice Cream

Ingredients
Ice Cream Base:
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract (or more to taste)
- 4–6 drops green food coloring
Mix-ins & Fun Extras:
- Mini chocolate chips
- Crushed cookies
- Rainbow sprinkles or shamrock-shaped sprinkles
Toppings:
- Whipped cream
- Chocolate gold coins
- Sprinkles
- Chocolate sauce
- Rainbow candies
Instructions
- Chill the Ice Cream Plate
Turn on your Whynter ICR-300SS and pre-chill the freezing plate. - Prepare the Base
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, milk, sugar, peppermint extract, and green food coloring until the sugar is dissolved and the color is uniform. - Pour & Spread
Pour a thin layer of the mixture onto the chilled plate. Spread it evenly using the scraper, about 1/4-inch thick. - Add Mix-ins
Scatter mini chocolate chips, crushed cookies, or candy “gold coins” across the surface. - Roll the Ice Cream
Once the ice cream is firm (2–3 minutes, depending on temperature), use the scraper to gently push and roll the ice cream into tight rolls. - Serve
Place the rolls in a cup or bowl. Top with whipped cream, sprinkles, and a drizzle of chocolate or caramel syrup.
