Ingredients
- 1 cup brewed espresso, cooled to room temperature
- 1 cup sweet cream creamer
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
- ½ teaspoon peppermint extract
Directions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the espresso, sweet cream creamer, whole milk, chocolate syrup, and peppermint extract until fully combined. Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Assemble the Whynter ICS-167 Series machine. Pour the chilled coffee base into the ingredient funnel. Select the Coffee Slushy function and press Start.
- When the frozen coffee is ready to dispense, the unit will signal before entering Keep Cool mode.
- Dispense directly into cups and serve immediately.
