Ingredients
- ¾ cup whole milk
- ½ cup cocoa powder, sifted
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- ¾ cup heavy cream
- 2 cups whole-milk vanilla yogurt (not Greek-style)
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon fine sea salt
Directions
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the milk, cocoa powder, and sugar until fully combined and smooth. Whisk in the heavy cream, yogurt, vanilla extract, and salt until the mixture is well blended. Refrigerate until thoroughly chilled.
- Assemble the Whynter ICS-167 Series Soft Serve Ice Cream Maker with the nozzle placed inside the dispensing assembly. Pour the chilled yogurt base into the ingredient funnel. Select the Ice Cream function and press Start.
- When the frozen yogurt is ready to dispense, the unit will signal before entering Keep Cool mode.
