Negroni Slushy

Bold and bitter, this frozen Negroni blends gin, Campari, and sweet vermouth with a splash of blood orange soda, made for the Whynter ICS-167 Series.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup gin
  • 1 cup Campari
  • 1 cup sweet vermouth
  • 1 can blood orange soda 11 to 12 ounces

Method
 

  1. Assemble the Whynter ICS-167 Series machine. Pour the gin, Campari, sweet vermouth, and blood orange soda directly into the ingredient funnel. Select the Cocktail Slushy function and press Start.
  2. When the slushy is ready to dispense, the unit will signal before entering Keep Cool mode.
  3. Dispense directly into cups and serve immediately.
