A creamy, coffeehouse-style pumpkin spice frappe made with real coffee, milk, and pumpkin spice syrup. Finished with whipped cream, cinnamon, and caramel drizzle.

The Whynter ICS-167 Soft Serve Ice Cream and Slushy Maker freezes and churns the mix for you. Pour in the chilled base, select Coffee Slushy Mode, and dispense a frosty drink at the end of the cycle.

  • ⅔ cup pumpkin spice syrup
  • ⅓ cup sweetened condensed milk

Tips for the Whynter ICS-167

  • This recipe makes approximately 5¼ cups (1,250 ml), designed to use nearly the full operating capacity of the Whynter ICS-167.
  • The ICS-167 has an operating volume of 600–1,300 ml (approximately 2½–5½ cups).
  • Use liquid ingredients only. Do not add pumpkin puree, coffee grounds, or ice directly into the machine.
  • The mixture must contain more than 6% sugar for proper slushy consistency. Verify the sugar content of the selected pumpkin spice syrup before testing.
  • Keep the mixture refrigerated before adding it to the machine.
  • Do not exceed the MAX fill line.
  • If your mix does not freeze, see Common ICS-167 Slushy Machine Problems and Fixes.

Make Your Pumpkin Spice Frappe Your Way

  • Use decaf coffee for an evening treat.
  • Add a pinch of nutmeg to the whipped cream.
  • Top with crushed graham crackers for a pumpkin pie finish.
  • Swap the caramel sauce for chocolate sauce.
