Turkey Cranberry Brie Bites Ingredients
- 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
- 1 cup cooked turkey breast, finely diced
- 4 oz Brie cheese, cut into small pieces
- ⅓ cup whole-berry cranberry sauce
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon water
- Chopped pecans, for garnish
- Fresh rosemary or thyme, for garnish
How to Make Turkey Cranberry Brie Bites
- Prepare the pastry: Thaw puff pastry according to package directions. Unfold onto a lightly floured surface and gently roll to smooth out the creases.
- Cut the pastry: Cut into approximately 2½-inch squares.
- Prepare the pan: Lightly grease an air fryer-safe mini muffin pan. Press one pastry square into each muffin cup, allowing the corners to extend slightly above the edges.
- Add the filling: Place a small amount of diced turkey and Brie into each pastry cup. Top with approximately ½ teaspoon cranberry sauce.
- Prepare the egg wash: Whisk the egg with 1 tablespoon of water. Lightly brush the exposed pastry edges.
- Bake: Place the mini muffin pan in the Whynter TSO-488GB. Select Bake at 375°F and bake for approximately 12–16 minutes, or until the pastry is puffed and golden and the Brie is melted.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before carefully removing from the pan.
- Garnish with chopped pecans and fresh rosemary or thyme, then serve warm.
Whynter TSO-488GB Tip
Use an air fryer-safe mini muffin pan that fits comfortably inside the oven. Check the pan’s dimensions and clearance before baking. Bake in batches if necessary.
